How to delete your account

Open the menu, choose Profile, and tap Delete account. Conversations, journal, test results and hormonal insight are deleted with the account. You have to type DELETE to confirm, and you are logged out immediately.

How to do it

1. If you want a copy first, go to Profile and Privacy and Data, and choose "Export My Data". You get everything as a JSON file.
2. Tap the menu icon at the top right, and choose Profile.
3. Scroll down to Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion cannot be undone.

Two things the app is explicit about: anonymous analytics that cannot be traced back to you remain. And deleting the account does not cancel the subscription — cancel that in the App Store or Google Play first, or it keeps running.
